At Sea Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted sail cloth purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unused, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our crew receives and inspects your return at our Maine workshop, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
