What materials are your bags made from?
Our bags are uniquely handcrafted from recycled sails collected from boaters and sailmakers around the world. Because each sail has its own history, every bag features distinct markings and character.
How do I clean my Sea Bag?
Most of our sailcloth products are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging them to air dry. For spot cleaning, a simple mixture of water and mild soap works best.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons or for custom-designed orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for our artisans to craft your unique item.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom designs and personalized bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are the bags waterproof?
While sailcloth is naturally water-resistant and quick-drying, our bags are not 100% waterproof due to the stitched seams. They are perfect for the beach, boat, or rainy commutes.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
